Factory)is located in the historical ancient town Ganlu,near
the beautiful Taihu lakeside,the eastern suburbs of Wuxi
favorable geographical conditions.our factory occupies
the areas of 90 thousand square meters ,We now have nearly
500 workers and staffs; 80 specialized technical personnel;7
senior engineers,two of whom are research fellow grade
senior engineers who enjoy special allowance from the
state Council. Our factory is a science and technology
type enterprise With rich technical force
Our factory was established in
1968. We have had rich experiences of over 30 Years in
designing and manufacturing valves,being the largest stainless
steel valves producting base in our country and a member
of China valve industry association. Our factory has the
ability in manufacturing high quality stainless steel
castings and precise castings with an annual output of
100 thousand stainless steel valves, 2000 tons of stainless
steel castings,We have workshops for casting,welding,machining,assembly
and testing, which are with appointed and advanced in
testing and examination.We also have American BAIRD directed-read
spectrum analysis instrument which can rapidly analyse
and control 12 chemical elements of materials during the
course of casting and smelting,thus guarantees the high
quality,reliability and safety of the products .
We manufacture wedge gate valve,globe valve,check valve,foot
valve,cock valve, batterfly valve etc.which are designed,
manufactured, tested and checked in accordance with standards
of GB, ANSI, API. We have also designed and manufactured
kinds of special valves ,such as uitralow temperature
valve, heat preservation valve with sheath, let-out valve,inverting
valve for national defense scientific research units,
nuclear industry and space industry. To meet with the
urgent needs of the state major projects, we have successfully
developed series sulphur-resistance pneumatic gate valve
and pipe-cleaning valves for long distance or oil and
gas pipelines and cleaning pipes.The pipe-cleaning valve
is the Jiangsu provincial level new and high technology
product and 2001 Jiangsu province torch-plan project.
Ganlu brand valve is the intellectual property right
stressed protection product of Jiangsu province.Our factory
accquired ISO 9001 quality certificate in 1997 and gained
the licence of API Monogram of American petroleum in september
2000
